The worst hotel in Mount Abu

I have been traveling in India a lot, I have stayed at many hotels and for the first time I must write such a bad review. Staying at this hotel is (because I am still here) the worst experience ever. First thing- no maintenance of the rooms: no cleaning, no changing towels, bed linens dirty, probably not changed after previous guests. When I wanted to talk about it at the reception desk- I was totally ignored!! Imagine a guest standing at the reception desk and a reception guy....talking on the phone. Chit- chat, laugh, enjoying conversation. And me there- waiting. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. And I am standing there like an invisible idiot, feeling like an idiot, totally ignored. 20.000 rupees per 3 nights for the worst experience ever. I tried to contact management- as I did not want to go to reception and to be ignored again- I wrote a message, which remained without any answer. Shame!! I advise all to stay away from this hotel!!

In a great position on the outskirts of Mount Abu. Large comfortable bedrooms. Ours looked out onto another palace. Good restaurant with a really helpful manager - Mr Singh. They are really lucky to have him (as are the guests). Lovely garden. Mount Abu is an interesting hill station. It still has a polo ground, with a pavilion (with photos of Gandhi). There’s a boating lake, and lots of walks with good views.

This is 3rd time visit to this property, last experience was not so good but this time everything was perfect. Rooms in main building are good. Their two story suite in main building is extraordinary and full of luxury. They have very good food quality and it’s consistent from years, specially their signature Kesar Milk in breakfast. Stuff Tomato is a must try dish here. Staff and Services are good. Children garden is there but its not maintained. There are lot of trees with nice breeze. Will definitely visit again!

Location was excellent with the market and good hotels nearby. Even the Tibetan Market was very near just five minutes walk from the hotel. As regards the restaurant, the breakfast and meals were awesome and the service provided by the restaurant was simply great. Rooms were very spacious and gave a very good view. As regards cleanliness, everything was perfect. I would definitely plan a visit again to this property. The staff and the manager were very accommodative and helpful. Check-in and checkout was very smooth without any hindrances. I would like to specially thank Mr. Abhijeet Singh, Manager handling the property. In the restaurant, we found Mr. Parbat Singh whose service was par excellence. Also in the Housekeeping, Mr Kevaram, Ravish Kumar and all the members of the Housekeeping did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. I wish the entire team of this property the very best.

The hotel staff is superb ! We came with our company staff for a trip here and the hotel people made sure our stay was so comfortable right from the services to the food and everything about the trip was perfect which made it memorable for our whole staff . Highly recommend this place specially for the exceptional services .
